Simple by design

Choose capacity. Keep the bill predictable.

For trainers and researchers, one seat covers one connected client or participant. Choose how many seats you want before paying. Pending invitations reserve seats; archiving or withdrawal releases them for someone else. Your subscription quantity stays fixed until you change your billing arrangement.

For example, 10 seats cost $49.90/month. Reusing those seats does not add charges. Each workspace is billed separately. Existing personal subscriptions are not automatically canceled when someone joins a sponsored workspace.

Clients and participants accept a private invitation and choose which check-ins to share. Their unselected history, profiles, original photos, and 3D models stay private.
